Re: Notice of Suspension of Business in Indonesia – (1) PT. Perfect Nusantara Indonesia, and (2) PT. Perfect Resources Indonesia
The Company has been established our business in Indonesia since 2004. Unfortunately, by considering the uncertainty of the epidemic and the global economy, we have made a very difficult decision and hereby announce that our businesses in Indonesia are going to be suspended until further notice by the Company.
We would like to take this opportunity to thank all of our valued customers, including distributors and members, for your continuous patronage to the Company in the past 18 years.
The decision of temporarily downsize the business in Indonesia is definitely not easy to be made upon considering the facts that we did enjoy serving our valued customers over the years; hence, it is our upmost priority to inform you about the captioned decision.
Nevertheless, we still commit ourselves as before to provide the best quality service to our valued customers. For any products ordered prior to 30th June 2022, the goods will still be delivered as usual to your designated destination or being pick up at our service center accordingly. For any remaining money kept in your e-wallet under the Companies, kindly provide your bank details by 31st August 2022 for our fund transfer purpose; otherwise, it represents your agreement and acknowledgement to give up your right to claim against the Company for your entitlement in your e-wallet thereafter.
